Creative Financial Staffing has teamed up with a leading Private Equity firm to identify an Accounts Payable Manager to join their team in Boston, MA.

Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Manager:

• Process AP invoices with a focus on more complicated cases
• Create and distribute reporting to leadership
• Work with leadership team to ensure proper documentation for all transactions
• Communicate with vendors (including collecting W-9's and banking information) and internal employees
• Assist with automation of processes where possible
• Ad hoc projects as necessary

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or experience equivalent
• 2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable Function
• Experience with one major ERP and Microsoft Excel required
• Experience with Concur is a plus
